The Health Privilege Card is specially designed keeping in mind the needs and benefits for you and your registered family members during treatment at the hospital. We are confident that this card will add great value to your healthcare experience.

This card offers the following exclusive benefits:

10% discount on each OPD consultation for the cardholder and their registered family members.
5% discount on the total IPD bill (excluding consumables) for the cardholder and their registered family members.
5% discount on the purchase of medicines from SARA MEDICALS (Hospital Pharmacy).
Additional benefits for cardholders include:

Priority appointments (both offline and online) with all hospital consultants.
Regular follow-up reminders from the hospital.
Treatment adherence support and health tips from the hospital.
Access to the Hospital Health Bulletin with the latest information on health tips, disease precautions, and home management.
Free consultation with a dietitian.

General Terms & Conditions for the Privilege Health Card

This Privilege Health Card is valid up to 2 years from the date of purchase.
If the Card holder will renew the card within the due date or before the expiry then he or she will be charged the same amount (Rs1500/- INR). Anybody recharging after expiry of the card then the current rates will be applicable at the time of purchase.
Privilege Health Card can be utilised only for self and registered family members (spouse, parents & children).
The card is not transferable and cannot be sold to any other person.
The card cannot be encashed or returned to the hospital, once purchased.
Card holder or other registered beneficiary should carry the card in original (no photocopy) at the time of asking its benefits.
This Privilege Card will not offer any type of discount to patients of CGHS, ECHS, RAILWAY, TPAs and patients covered under/ by any type of corporate or other insurance companies or will not be applicable on hospital health check-up packages.
The benefit of this card will start from next visit (Second Consultation) onwards from the purchase of the card.
If the card holder misplaces the card or the card gets stolen then the card holder has to inform the hospital authority in writing and Rs 500/- will be charged at the time of reissuing the new card for the rest of the balance period.
In case of any confusion, dispute or misunderstanding hospital management will be the final authority to take the decision.
